In Rhythm was founded by Jai Kapoor and Daniel White - two humans who truly suffered at the hands of modern life and reached rock bottom before finding the light.

"I always wanted to be a high achiever, but I never knew the impact this was having on my body. I climbed higher, achieved more, and after obtaining huge success as an executive in an AI start-up - my body gave out on me. In 2022, I was diagnosed with Psoriasis - an autoimmune condition affecting my skin. I had itchy sores, painful plaques and intense burning all over my body. I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat properly, and my entire life came to a stop. Doctors said that this was one of the worst Psoriasis conditions they had ever seen. But they also couldn’t help me since there are “no cures for autoimmune diseases” according to many doctors.
I tried everything - steroids, creams, diet restrictions, homeopathy, ayurveda, Chinese medicine. Nothing worked. I was lost, desperate, and hopeless.
And then I found the light. I met Dan and was introduced to Circadian Biology. Within 4 weeks, I watched as all signs of Psoriasis disappeared from my body - leaving me healed, healthy, and happier than I ever thought possible.
My mission is to inspire others to join the circadian movement, to realise the incredible benefits it can have on their lives, and to help people to heal from chronic, autoimmune conditions like Psoriasis.

"Back in 2010, I was a mess—unfit, overweight, anxious, depressed, addicted, and sleep-deprived.
I battled severe allergies and autoimmune issues. I struggled with brain fog and couldn’t focus during my most critical school years.
My doctor told me my problems were genetic and that medication, dieting and exercise were my only hope.
I never believed that and although I felt hopeless, I began my search for the real answers.
The first decade of that journey was lonely, confusing and expensive. I earned a degree in Psychology, followed by a Master's in Nutrition.
I counted calories, exercised more and saw (very expensive) therapists. I experienced some periods of relief, but they never truly lasted.
The turning point came when I discovered circadian biology and learned how to use light as medicine.
I discovered the real root of my struggles—severe circadian rhythm disruption caused by constant artificial light, screen addiction and a deep disconnection from sunlight and nature.
No more expensive routines or gimmicks—just simple daily shifts to my light environment.
That changed everything.
Within a week, I felt better. Within a month, I felt transformed. After a year, I was unrecognisable—happy, healthy, focused and finally able to thrive.
For the past seven years, I’ve coached and educated hundreds of families on these topics because these were the missing pieces that changed my life forever.
Looking back, I can see how every challenge shaped me into the teacher I am today—perfectly equipped to support other young people and their families to navigate the challenges of staying healthy in the modern world.
